60 days to return
If the product isn't right for you, you can return it within 60 days of delivery. That's longer than the 14-day statutory cancellation period you're entitled to under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How to return an item
- Email [EMAIL] with your order number.
- We'll send you the return address and instructions within one working day.
- Send the item back unused and, ideally, in its original packaging.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the item, to the original payment method.
Size exchanges
Exchanging for a different size is free — we cover the cost of sending the replacement. Just tell us which size you'd like.
Things to know
- For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned with the hygiene seal and tags intact.
- You cover the cost of returning the item unless it's faulty or we sent the wrong product.
- Where delivery costs are refunded, we refund the cost of our cheapest standard delivery option.
Faulty items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is faulty, email us and we'll put it right.
